Rehabilitation

Following knee surgery, a phased rehab course rebuilt strength, restored bend, and eased everyday discomfort.

After a knee operation, our patient arrived with swelling, a rigid joint, and a very understandable fear of moving wrongly. We opened with tender needling around the knee to settle pain and puffiness, then wove in guided mobility work as the tissue mended.

Across eight weeks the course rebuilt power, recovered flexibility, and lessened discomfort appointment by appointment — every session scored against explicit range targets. By sign-off, household stairs and long strolls felt comfortable again.

Mending from surgery yourself? An early assessment lets us chart the same kind of phased, scored course for your joint.
